Dear Fellow Taxpayer,

Attached you will find a listing of the property appraisals resulting from the State-required Town of Hampton Falls assessment update program (2018 property assessment revaluation) conducted by the Town’s assessing contractor, Granite Hill Services.  NOTE:  These preliminary values are NOT final at this time and may be subject to change.

Letters outlining the new assessment(s) of your property(ies) have been mailed today and include your new property appraisal amount as well as information to schedule a hearing with the Assessor.  The hearing schedule is being coordinated by the Tax Collector on the Assessor’s behalf.  The scheduling is limited to identifying a date and time only to meet with the Assessor; the Tax Collector is not in a position to answer assessing questions.

Property tax bill and property tax card information is available on line by clicking one of the two buttons located at the bottom right of the Town of Hampton Falls website home screen http://hamptonfalls.org/Pages/index.
